Food|Grilled Red Snapper Salad

I had an amazing time putting this grilled red snapper salad together. It didn’t require a lot of work, and to be honest I think the waiting for it to be cooked was the hardest part. I used my in house grill to cook and marinated the fish, potatoes, vegetables together and placed in on top of my salad which consisted of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. This dish by far was a pleasure to cook and share with my family. I hope you guys enjoy the pictures.
